Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branch management, educational institute management, or business operations.
Experience in managing teams and achieving business targets is preferred.
Experience in the education industry will be an added advantage.
Lead, supervise, and motivate academic, administrative, and marketing teams.




Develop and implement strategies to achieve student admission and revenue targets.
Monitor student admissions, fee collection, and follow-up activities.
Maintain robust relationships with students and parents.
Ensure smooth coordination between academic, HR, marketing, and administration departments.
Monitor staff performance and ensure proper task completion.
Handle student and parent queries, complaints, and escalations.
Plan and execute promotional activities and local marketing strategies.
Prepare and submit regular branch performance reports to Head Office.
Ensure institutional policies, discipline, and operational standards are maintained.
Identify opportunities for branch growth and continuous improvement.
