Responsible for supervising and executing day-to-day construction activities in residential projects, ensuring work is carried out as per approved architectural and structural drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and masonry.
Monitor plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, and finishing work.
Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Ensure quality control and safety at the construction site.
Manage labour, contractors, and construction materials.
Prepare BOQ, quantity estimates, and daily progress reports.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and MEP teams.
Ensure timely completion of work as per project specifications.
Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
Knowledge of residential building construction and execution.
Knowledge of structural and architectural drawings.
