Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze customer, market, regulatory, and stakeholder needs and translate them into transparent software requirements.
Create and maintain requirements specifications, product documentation, traceability records, and approval materials.
Manage functional and non-functional requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Review and validate requirements with product managers, project managers, development teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
Support acceptance validation, product testing, status reporting, roadmap planning, and engineering change activities.

Skills Required:
3 - 7 years of relevant experience, including substantial experience in requirements management.




Skilled experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer in software or product development.
Solid capability in requirements elicitation, analysis, prioritization, validation, and traceability.
Ability to understand customer workflows, measurement processes, regulatory needs, and non-functional requirements.
Experience preparing structured technical specifications and communicating requirements to engineering teams.

Good to Have
Experience with Agile and Scrum software development practices.

Education:

Any graduation; engineering or technology education is preferred.
