Lead Conversion: Look for proven experience responding to Event Prospecting/RFPs, conducting venue site inspections, and closing sales without compromising profit margins.
BEO Precision: Candidates must demonstrate high attention to detail when creating Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). Minor oversights in dietary requirements, room setup timing, or audiovisual needs lead to operational failures.
Technical & Systems Proficiency
Catering/PMS Software: Prior experience with hospitality software such as Opera PMS, Delphi, Sales & Catering, or Amadeus reduces onboarding time significantly.
Contract & Financial Literacy: Ability to draft contracts, calculate minimum food and beverage (F&B;) spends, handle deposit schedules,



and manage billing reconciliations accurately.
Interdepartmental Communication
Operations Liaison: The coordinator acts as the bridge between the client, the kitchen, and the banquet operations team. Assess their ability to communicate client expectations clearly to culinary and setup teams.
Conflict Resolution: Look for candidates who remain calm when managing last-minute head-count changes, schedule shifts, or client requests on the day of the event.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
