Business Development Executive – Contractual Staffing

Job Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for contractual staffing and manpower services.
Identify and approach companies requiring contractual workforce.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, factories, industries and other businesses.
Generate leads through cold calling, references, LinkedIn and market research.
Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
Prior experience in contractual staffing or manpower outsourcing is preferred.
Solid client acquisition, negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to generate business independently and convert leads into clients.
Must have a target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
