Job Summary

We are looking for a CJA Technical Consultant with solid experience in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to design, configure, implement, and support analytics solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, data ingestion, datasets, data views, connections, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) solutions based on business and analytics requirements.
Configure CJA Connections, Data Views, Components, Metrics, Dimensions, and Filters.
Work with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) datasets and schemas.
Understand and work with XDM schemas and customer/event data.
Configure data ingestion from different sources into Adobe Experience Platform.
Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and reconciliation between source systems and CJA.
Create and maintain CJA Workspace projects and analytics dashboards.
Work with Adobe Analytics, AEP,



and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions where required.
Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, architects, and marketing teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot data, configuration, and reporting issues.
Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, and solution designs.
