B2B Sales Manager - Office Furniture (7+ Years)

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven B2B Sales Manager with 7+ years in Furniture industry, particularly in Office Furniture, Customized Furniture, Modular Workstations & Corporate Workspace Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, annual targets. Acquire recent B2B customers - Corporates, IT Companies, MNCs, Startups. Generate business for customized office furniture, workstations, conference tables, office chairs, storage units.
Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relations with corporate clients, architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, contractors. Conduct product presentations, negotiations. Manage key accounts for repeat business.
Project Sales & Order Management: Understand requirements and coordinate with Design, Estimation, Purchase, Production & Project teams. Prepare quotations, BOQs, proposals. Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery.
Commercial Negotiations & Revenue Growth: Negotiate pricing,



payment terms, contracts ensuring profitability. Track revenue, order bookings, collections, sales forecasts.
Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities in corporate offices, co-working spaces, commercial interiors. Represent company at exhibitions.

Locations: Bangalore (Jigani - HO), Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad Work Mode: In Office, Field Sales

Preferred Candidate Profile
7+ years B2B Sales in Office Furniture / Modular Furniture / Furniture Industry ONLY
Solid network of corporate clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, CRE
Proven experience in project sales, corporate sales, key account management
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills
Willing to travel for client meetings
