Edit videos and create attractive graphics, posters, and promotional creatives.
Develop creative content for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Social Media Management
Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook.
Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
Regularly publish reels, posts, stories, and promotional updates.
Handle social media engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.
Increase followers, reach, engagement, and overall online visibility.
Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns.
Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
Generate quality leads and inquiries for preschool admissions and daycare enrolments.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and conversions.
Analyze marketing results and prepare performance reports.
Brand Promotion & Marketing




Develop creative marketing strategies to promote preschool and daycare services.
Work on admission campaigns, seasonal promotions, and event promotions.
Identify opportunities to increase local brand awareness and generate admissions.
Explore current digital marketing trends and strategies to improve online presence.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in content creation and digital marketing.
Valuable knowledge of Instagram and Facebook management.
Video shooting and editing skills.
Knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
Practical experience in Meta Ads and paid campaign management.
Understanding of social media growth, lead generation, and digital marketing strategies.
Creative thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
