We are looking for detail-oriented Clinical Documentation & Coding Analysts to review medical records, analyse clinical documentation, and assign accurate medical codes in accordance with established healthcare coding guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret patient medical records and clinical documentation.
Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS codes.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation.
Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies and coding discrepancies.
Maintain compliance with healthcare coding standards and guidelines.
Support medical billing, claims processing and documentation audits.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Medical Terminology, Anatomy and Physiology.
Understanding of ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS coding.
Robust analytical and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and valuable communication skills.
Basic computer and MS Excel proficiency.
Eligibility: B.Pharm, Pharm.D, B.Sc. Life Sciences, Nursing and other relevant healthcare graduates.
