We are seeking a proactive, dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to promote our Industrial Packaging Bags and Consumer Products and develop current business opportunities in domestic, online and international markets. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential customers, developing client relationships and converting business opportunities into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and approach potential customers, manufacturers, distributors and industrial buyers.
Generate business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, B2B portals and market research.
Explore new domestic and international business opportunities.
Promote PP Woven Bags, BOPP Bags, Paper Bags, Laminated Woven Bags and other packaging products.
Sales &
Client Management
Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into orders.
Negotiate pricing and coordinate commercial discussions.
Maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Online Business Development
Generate leads through IndiaMART, TradeIndia,
LinkedIn and other online platforms.
Handle online inquiries and qualified email communication.
Identify potential customers through internet research and digital networking.
Coordination &
Reporting
Coordinate with production, accounts and dispatch departments.
Maintain customer databases, sales reports and follow-up records.
Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills &
Competencies
Excellent communication in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of B2B sales and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and email communication.
Knowledge of LinkedIn and B2B portals preferred.
Ability to achieve sales targets and develop recent customers.
Qualification &
Experience
Graduate / BBA / MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience can apply.
Experience in packaging, manufacturing, industrial sales or export business will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
