Job Title: Call Center Agent – Celestee Skin, Laser & Hair Clinic

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-oriented Call Center Executive to join our team at Celestee.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Respond to patient enquiries about treatments, services, and appointments.
Schedule appointments and follow up with patients.
Make reminder and feedback calls.
Maintain patient records and call details.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.

Requirements
Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Pleasant personality and skilled telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred.
