Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Remote IT Helpdesk Support skilled to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or remote desktop tools.
Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues remotely.
Install, configure, and maintain basic computer systems and applications through remote management tools.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365
