Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced accountant. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting practices, proficiency in MS Office and Excel, and exposure to IPO documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate accounting records and financial reports.
Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger entries, reconciliation, and journal entries.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for internal and external use.
Work on IPO documentation and related financial paperwork.
Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
Coordinate with internal departments for budgeting, audits, and compliance.
Ensure timely submission of financial reports and statutory filings.
Requirements
Education: Inter CA or B.Com or M.Com
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Hands-on experience with MS Office and advanced Excel
Exposure to IPO processes/documentation preferred
Average communication skills; ability to coordinate effectively with teams.
