Position Summary
The Senior BDA/ BDA is responsible for driving sales growth by managing high-quality leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals. The role requires strong communication, conversion skills, and the ability to handle client relationships independently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and manage assigned leads efficiently
Connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings
Explain company products/services and address client queries
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales
Close deals and contribute directly to revenue generation
Maintain and update lead and customer records in the system
Achieve individual sales targets and performance goals
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales execution
Advanced Responsibilities
Handle high-value or priority leads independently
Improve conversion rates through effective communication and follow-ups




Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences
Support junior team members in handling leads and improving performance
Decision-Making & Ownership
Prioritize leads based on potential value and conversion probability
Make decisions on follow-up strategies and client engagement approach
Independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned leads
Contribute insights to improve sales strategies and processes
Preferred Skills & Requirements
Proactiveness in participating in offline campaigns and engaging with clients is
preferred
Robust sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to work independently and handle pressure targets
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales or business development is preferred
Reporting To: Sales Team Lead / Sales Manag
