Position: Customer Support Executive

Salary:

For Freshers 18k in hand and PF , Insurance

Experienced 20k in hand and PF, Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and resolve customer complaints.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Manage high-priority customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.

Follow up on pending cases and ensure closure within defined TAT.

Maintain accurate records of complaints, resolutions, and customer interactions.

Identify recurring issues and share feedback with the concerned teams.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication.

Requirements:

0–3 years of experience in Customer Support/ Complaint Management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Solid problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.

Valuable knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases.

Language: English + Hindi + Tamil/Telugu

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
