Are you ready to power quick commerce at scale? We are looking for a metric-driven, hands-on Cluster Manager to lead and scale our dark store operations network in India.

If you thrive in rapid-paced supply chain environments and love solving real-time operational challenges, while maintaining tight SLAs, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities-
Dark Store & In-Store Operations: Oversee end-to-end daily operations across a network of dark stores. Ensure stock accuracy, minimise inventory shrinkage/wastage, and enforce strict process adherence.
Last-Mile & Fleet Management: Manage delivery partner fleet utilisation, onboarding, and active login capacity to seamlessly handle peak demand windows.
SLA & KPI Ownership:



Continuously monitor and improve critical operational metrics to enhnace customer experience
Team Leadership: Build, train, and mentor store teams and ground staff to maintain high operational standards

What We Are Looking For-
Experience: 3+ years in Dark Store Operations, Last-Mile Delivery, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse/Retail Ops, FMCG, or E-Commerce Logistics.
Core Competencies: Data-driven problem solving, robust people management, and comfort with ground-level execution in a high-growth setting.
