Role & Responsibilities
Design and lead the finance function: from P&L; ownership, cash flow mastery, and capital allocation to investor reporting and ESG-linked financial storytelling.
Build scalable financial infrastructure—including forecasting models, unit economics dashboards, and inventory/cost optimization frameworks tailored to FMCG velocity.
Partner with CEO and GTM leads to drive pricing, channel profitability, and margin expansion across D2C, modern trade, and emerging retail channels.
Manage investor relations, cap table, fundraising cycles, and term sheet negotiations—turning finance into a strategic lever for growth.




Lead compliance, audits, tax strategy, and regulatory reporting aligned with India’s evolving FMCG and startup finance norms.
Recruit, mentor, and scale a finance team—from controllers to FP&A; analysts—to match the company’s hyper-growth trajectory.
