Role & responsibilities
Childcare & Supervision: Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children throughout the day.
Activity Planning: Conduct age-appropriate activities, including storytelling, rhymes, art and craft, and sensory play.
Learning & Development: Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and motor skill development.
Daily Routine Management: Manage meals, nap times, playtime, and personal hygiene routines.
Classroom Management: Maintain a clean, protected, organized, and child-friendly environment.
Parent Communication: Provide regular updates to parents regarding children's activities, behavior, and development.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Early Childhood Education or NTT qualification preferred).




Previous experience in daycare, preschool, nursery, or childcare will be an added advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with young children.
Ability to manage multiple children and handle situations calmly.
Creative, energetic, responsible, and attentive to children's needs.
Basic knowledge of child safety, hygiene, and first aid is preferred.
