Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions for an international BPO process with professionalism and empathy.
Understand customer concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve queries within process guidelines.
Maintain quality, productivity, attendance, and compliance standards during assigned night shifts.
Document interactions accurately and coordinate with internal teams whenever escalation is required.
Participate in training, coaching, and performance-improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Strong spoken English, active listening, and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work night shifts and attend a face-to-face interview in Navi Mumbai.
Ability to work reliably in a target-driven customer service setting.
Dinner is provided during the shift. Cab transportation is not available.
