Educational Qualification & Experience
Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
M.Tech in Structural Engineering / Construction Technology / Concrete Technology will be an added advantage.
38 years of relevant experience in concrete technology, RMC, cement, construction chemicals, or quality control.
Practical experience in concrete mix design, laboratory testing, and site troubleshooting.
Knowledge of relevant IS codes and concrete testing procedures.
Required Skills & Competencies
Solid technical knowledge of concrete technology and material science.
Expertise in concrete mix design and quality testing.
Knowledge of cement, aggregates, admixtures, and supplementary cementitious materials.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
