Roles & Responsibilities:
Execute day-to-day construction activities at project sites, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
Coordinate and supervise civil works, including excavation, foundation, concrete works, structural steel erection, roofing and cladding activities.
Monitor PEB structure erection, alignment, bolting, sheeting and finishing activities as per engineering requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site teams for smooth execution of construction activities.
Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed during all construction and erection activities.
Monitor daily site progress, manpower deployment, material availability and equipment requirements.
Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement and Project Management teams to resolve technical and site-related issues.




Conduct regular site inspections, identify execution issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
Maintain daily progress reports, site records, material consumption details and other project-related documentation.
Ensure completion of assigned activities within the project timeline while maintaining quality, safety and productivity standards.
