Salary Details
Fixed CTC: 31,000 per month
Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): Up to 1,000 per month
Total CTC: Up to 32,000 per month (Fixed + PLI)

Eligibility Criteria
Graduates: Freshers are eligible to apply.
Undergraduates: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience required.
Valuable written English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally through chat.





Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to airline services through chat.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
Assist customers with their concerns while maintaining service quality.
Ensure customer satisfaction through qualified and timely responses.
