Position: Dispatch Executive – Fresher
Education: Any Degree
Process: US Truck Dispatching
Shift: Night Shift
Working Hours: 05:30 PM – 02:30 AM
Meal: Meal provided by the company
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills – verbal & written
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to learn and grow in the US logistics industry
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day US Truck Dispatching operations
Communicate professionally with brokers and drivers
Search, negotiate, and coordinate loads
Assist with load booking and dispatch operations
Maintain proper communication and documentation
Coordinate with drivers and the operations team for smooth execution
