We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition qualified to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Robust knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
Immediate joiners preferred.
