Key Responsibilities:
Monitor district-level training programs and ensure quality delivery.
Coordinate with trainers, schools, and district sales teams.
Ensure compliance with MEPSC standards, documentation, and reporting requirements.
Build and maintain solid relationships with schools and educational institutions.
Identify and resolve on-ground operational challenges.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor training implementation and performance.
What We're Looking For:
Graduate in any discipline.
3–5 years of experience in academic coordination, training, or field operations.
Solid coordination, organizational, and people management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.
