Job Responsibilities
Operate CNC and VMC machines as per production requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Perform machine setting, tool changing and basic programming adjustments.
Ensure proper machining dimensions and product quality.
Monitor machine operations and maintain production targets.
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain 5S at the workplace.
Required Skills
Practical knowledge of CNC / VMC machine operations.
Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer and Height Gauge.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of machining processes, tools and cutting parameters.
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
