Role Description The Career Counselor will work full time in office at our Chennai location, providing individualized and group counseling to students and freshers on education, career paths, and job readiness. The role involves designing and delivering workshops on career planning,



interview preparation, resume building, and skilled skills. The Career Counselor will collaborate with internal teams to align counseling content with Rupee Metrics' personal finance and career guidance mission, and maintain accurate records and reports on counseling activities and outcomes. Candidates should possess solid skills in Career Counseling and Student Counseling.
Candidates should possess skills in Career Development and Career Management.
A bachelor's or master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience working with students, freshers, or early-career professionals in a counseling or advisory capacity is an advantage.
