We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day Human Resources activities across recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, attendance, performance management, benefits administration, and separation processes.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on HR experience, robust communication and administrative skills, and the ability to independently coordinate multiple HR activities while maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage talent acquisition, candidate screening and recruitment coordination.
Handle current hire onboarding and employee orientation.
Maintain employee records, documentation and HR databases.
Monitor attendance, leave records and HR reporting.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.




Administer employee perks, health plans and HR policies.
Coordinate performance management and employee development activities.
Manage resignation, exit formalities and PF-related processes.
Maintain and communicate company HR policies and employee handbook updates.

Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist HR role covering recruitment and HR operations.
Candidates must have hands-on experience across the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and separation
