We are looking for a skilled and certified Communication Trainer to deliver impactful training in English communication and soft skills. Have a robust command of spoken and written English, with the ability to conduct engaging, practical, and student-focused sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on spoken English, business communication, and soft skills
Deliver interactive sessions including role-plays, group discussions, and practical activities
Train students in interview skills, public speaking, and professional communication
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
Design and update training content as per student and industry requirements
Conduct mock interviews and communication assessments
Track student progress and maintain training records
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance student placement readiness
Key Requirements:
Excellent command over spoken and written English
Minimum 2+ years of experience in communication and soft skills training
Ability to conduct interactive and practical training sessions
Solid presentation and classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in aviation or hospitality training
Understanding of industry communication and grooming standards
Passion for training and mentoring students
