We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates for the position of Counsellor. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers/students, understanding their requirements, providing appropriate guidance, and assisting them throughout the counselling process.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with students/customers over calls and in person.
Understand their requirements and provide suitable guidance.
Explain available courses, programs, and services.
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain records.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain daily follow-up reports and achieve assigned targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory (any stream).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
