Coupa Consultant1 We are seeking an experienced Coupa Consultant with NetSuite knowledge to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Coupa Business Spend Management (BSM) platform. The role focuses on Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, and financial integrations to improve spend visibility and compliance.

​Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support Coupa implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
​Proficient in ​configure and support Coupa modules including P2P, Invoicing, Expenses, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Information Management
​Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Coupa solutions
Configure approval chains, business rules, chart of accounts, suppliers, catalogs, and budgets
Perform system testing (SIT/UAT) and support go-live activities
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing system support
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and IT stakeholders




Manage user roles, access controls, and compliance requirements
Create documentation and deliver user training sessions
​Manage integration with NetSuite
​Required Qualifications:
​4 -6 years of experience in Coupa, including integration with SAP or NetSuite ERP
​Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field
Hands-on experience implementing ​and supporting Coupa
Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable functional solutions across the full implementation lifecycle.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with ​b​usiness user
Consulting or client-facing experience is highly preferred.
