Routine Pathologist - Key Responsibilities
Review and validate routine pathology and laboratory reports.
Examine blood, urine, and other body fluid samples.
Correlate laboratory findings with clinical information.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of diagnostic results.
Maintain quality standards and laboratory documentation.
Provide diagnostic support to treating clinicians.
Examine and diagnose tissue specimens and biopsies.
Perform microscopic evaluation of surgical pathology samples.
Interpret findings and issue histopathology reports.
Conduct gross examination and sample processing oversight.
Communicate significant pathological findings to clinicians.
Ensure compliance with quality and accreditation standards.
