Role & responsibilities

Source recent customers for unsecured salaried personal loans through direct and indirect channels.

Generate business through customer references, open-market activities, and channel partners.

Identify potential customers and explain personal loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.

Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and channel partners.

Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate the loan application process.

Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.

Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements, and lending guidelines.

Follow up with customers throughout the loan application and disbursement process.

Monitor market trends and identify prospects to increase business.

Preferred candidate profile

Relevant experience in Salaried Personal Loan / Unsecured Loan Sales preferred
