We are looking for Portuguese Language Experts with experience in SAP Ariba and invoice processing to support Portuguese-speaking business stakeholders.
The role involves processing invoices received in Portuguese and English, coordinating approvals, resolving invoice-related queries, and providing language support to business teams.
Required Skills :
Intermediate-level Portuguese proficiency or Graduation in Portuguese.
Mandatory hands-on exposure to SAP Ariba.
Portuguese-to-English translation and interpretation.
MS Office proficiency.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Process invoices received in Portuguese and English.
Post invoices in SAP Ariba for approval.
Coordinate with business stakeholders to obtain necessary invoice approvals.
Investigate and resolve invoice-related issues involving Portuguese-language documentation.
Respond to business emails and tickets related to invoice processing.
Provide translation and interpretation support to Portuguese-speaking clients.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks
Qualifications :
Minimum 15 years of regular, full time education (10+2+3).
Graduation is compulsory.
Intermediate-level Portuguese proficiency or a degree in Portuguese.
2–8 years of relevant experience.
SAP Ariba exposure is mandatory.
Key Points :
PAN and DOB are required for Employee Profile creation.
