Role & responsibilities
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual finalization of accounts and financial statements.
Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and ROC filing requirements.
Handle tax assessments, regulatory notices, hearings, and responses to authorities.
Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits and strengthen internal financial controls.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.




Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, loan proposals, and fund utilization.
Oversee ERP-based accounting, MIS reporting, and inter-company reconciliations.
Lead and guide the Finance & Accounts team.

Preferred candidate profile
CA Semi-Qualified.
Experience in independently handling taxation and statutory compliance.
Experience in financial reporting, audit coordination, treasury, and team management.
Banking and funding proposal experience will be an added advantage.
