Qualifications

Candidates should possess explicit and skilled Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information effectively.
Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Production, Industrial) from an accredited institution.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a role involving process optimization and quality assurance.
Knowledge of safety standards, lean manufacturing practices, and basic ERP or production management software is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to operational priorities.
