Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end credit operations for S-LAP/LAP cases.
Conduct credit assessment and evaluation of loan proposals.
Analyze customer financials, income documents, banking patterns, and repayment capacity.
Coordinate with sales, legal, technical, and operations teams for timely loan processing.
Ensure compliance with company credit policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor portfolio quality and maintain strong risk controls.
Support branch business growth through productive credit underwriting and decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge of S-LAP/LAP/Home Loan credit processes.
Good understanding of income assessment and property-backed lending.
Ability to make sound credit decisions within defined turnaround times.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in NBFC/Banking/Home Finance industry preferred.
