Job Responsibilities
Assist customers with ferry schedules, ticket bookings, cancellations, rescheduling and refund-related queries.
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, emails and other communication channels.
Handle customer complaints & provide suitable solutions and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, ticketing and terminal staff, to address customer requirements.
Keep proper records of customer interactions, complaints, feedback and resolutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed.
Ensure compliance with company communication standards, customer service procedures and policies.
Maintain a skilled and customer-friendly approach while interacting with passengers.

Qualification & Relevant Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
2–4 years of experience in customer service, customer support, call center or front-office operations.




Experience in the travel, hospitality will be an added advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
Valuable coordination and follow-up skills, Ability to multitask, prioritise work and manage time effectively.
Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to take ownership of customer concerns.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Knowledge of CRM systems or ticketing software will be an added advantage
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per operational requirements.
