We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher to join our Finance team as a Finance Analyst / Record-to-Report (R2R) Analyst. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of financial accounting principles, general ledger accounting, and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day Record-to-Report (R2R) activities and financial accounting operations.
Assist in general ledger accounting and maintenance of financial records.
Perform journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
Support preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions and accounting records.
Assist in balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Follow accounting standards, internal controls, and financial reporting guidelines.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting-related queries.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting.
Understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R / RTR) processes.
Knowledge of General Ledger (GL) Accounting.
Understanding of journal entries and account reconciliations.
Basic knowledge of month-end and year-end closing processes.
Positive analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Freshly qualified CAs are encouraged to apply.
Experience
0–1 year of experience.
Freshers with robust accounting fundamentals are preferred.
