Role: Data Migration SME ( SF, Azure) Positive understanding of SAP databases and tables

Location : Pan India TechM locations
Analyze source system data structures and define migration strategies.
Extract, transform, cleanse, and load data from SAP and other enterprise systems into Snowflake and Databricks.
Perform data profiling, data quality assessments, and reconciliation activities.
Design and develop migration frameworks, ETL/ELT pipelines, and automation scripts.
Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and data architects to identify migration requirements.
Execute trial migrations, mock loads, and production cutovers.
Validate migrated data through reconciliation, exception handling, and business sign-off processes.
Troubleshoot migration issues and optimize data loading performance.
Prepare migration documentation, mapping specifications, and deployment plans.
