Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth restaurant and guest service.
Manage, supervise and coordinate the service team, including captains, stewards and runners.
Ensure excellent guest experiences by handling feedback, requests and complaints professionally.
Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance and service standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and effective service.
Manage table allocation, reservations and floor arrangements.
Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, hygiene standards and company policies.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
