We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Floor Leader to join our team at Hitchki, Chembur.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service.
Supervise and guide service staff during shifts.
Ensure excellent guest experience and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for effective service.
Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
Valuable communication and team management skills.
Knowledge of restaurant service standards and guest handling.
Ability to manage floor operations during busy hours.
Candidates residing in or around Chembur will be preferred.
