5+ years of experience in Event Management, Experiential Marketing, Campus Engagement, or Entertainment.
Ability to conceptualize and execute creative, large-scale events and student-centric activities.
A creative mind that understands youth culture, trends, music, entertainment, and engagement.
Ability to create campus festivals, cultural celebrations, flash mobs, talent shows, themed events, competitions, and unique student experiences.
Strong vendor management, budgeting, team coordination, and execution skills.
Excellent communication, networking, and leadership abilities.
