Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HSE operations across 4–5 construction projects simultaneously.
Implement HSE policies, safety procedures and ISO standards.
Ensure site safety, audits, risk assessments and permit-to-work compliance.
Manage statutory compliance, including BOCW and environmental regulations.
Handle incident investigation, emergency response and safety training.
Lead HSE Managers, Safety Officers and site safety teams.
Monitor HSE performance and report to top management.
