Responsibilities:
Support social media marketing, brand promotions, and campaign execution across relevant channels.
Develop content ideas and assist with reels, posts, product stories, and promotional materials.
Generate leads and identify new sales prospects through online and offline outreach.
Connect with prospective customers, boutiques, influencers, collaborators, and business partners.
Help drive sales, coordinate follow-ups, and maintain clear communication with prospects.
Explore exhibitions, partnerships, collaborations, and other opportunities to increase brand visibility.





Requirements:
Strong communication and convincing skills with an interest in marketing, sales, and social media.
A creative, proactive, and result-oriented approach to assigned responsibilities.
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work closely with the founding team.
Freshers and candidates beginning their careers in marketing or sales are welcome to apply.

This is a full time, in-office opportunity based in Delhi, offering a fixed compensation of ₹20,000 per month along with performance-based incentives over and above the fixed amount. The role provides practical exposure to marketing, sales, customer acquisition, and sustainable brand building, with the possibility of a longer-term association based on performance.
