Design and maintain backend APIs and services with Node.js (roughly 40% of the role)
Work across both ends of the stack on real client features, not isolated tickets
Write clean, maintainable code and communicate progress and blockers clearly
Collaborate directly with the team and, where needed, with clients on scope
