We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling invoices, managing daily transactions, and assisting with GST and bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Executive (Accountant)
Amazon, flip kart , mantra, Ecommerce platform accounting
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally / accounting software
Record sales, purchases, expenses, and payments
Prepare and manage invoices & purchase orders
Handle GST data entry and assist in GST filing
Perform bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for payment follow-ups
Maintain proper documentation of financial records
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
1 years experience in accounting (freshers can apply if skilled)
Knowledge of Tally / Busy / Zoho Books
Basic understanding of GST & taxation
Positive knowledge of MS Excel
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Valuable communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in e-commerce accounting
Knowledge of export documentation
Understanding of payment gateways (Razorpay, PayPal, etc.)
