You’ll work directly with the founder’s office and make sure things get done. The focus is to:
Take tasks from start to finish without needing reminders
Keep work moving across team members, vendors and partners
Free up leaderships time by handling coordination and day-to-day operations
Works closely with: Compliance, Finance, Tech and Design
Requirements
Good spoken and written English
Proactive, organised and reliable
Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs and email
Valuable to Have
Experience organising events or running projects in college or internships
Interest in finance or startups. No NBFC knowledge needed
