Key Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise civil construction and finishing work at site.
Ensure execution as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
Read and interpret technical drawings; take site measurements.
Handle BOQ, quantity estimation, material tracking, and billing verification.
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and deadlines.
Identify site issues and coordinate timely solutions.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of civil construction, RCC, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and reading technical drawings.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and project documentation.
Positive site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Work Location: In person, Navi Mumbai only. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
