: Receive incoming fabric and trim shipments against Purchase Orders (POs) and Proforma Invoices (PIs). Check quantities, weights, roll lengths, color shades, GSM (grams per square meter), width, and composition.
Quality Control &
Defect Tracking

: Inspect materials for defects using standard checking systems (such as the four-point system) and coordinate with the quality or merchandising team to flag or return non-conforming lots.
Inventory &
Stock Management

: Maintain accurate digital and physical records of stock, inward/outward movement, consumption, and balances using ERP systems, tally sheets, or spreadsheets like Google Sheets.
Lot &
Roll Rotation (FIFO)

: Enforce First-In, First-Out (FIFO)



stock rotation and lot-wise/roll-wise tracking to prevent shade variations and fabric degradation.
Production Issuance: Issue fabrics and trims strictly against approved job cards, production requisitions, or cutting room challans. Monitor consumption, wastage, and shortages.
Vendor &
Purchase Coordination

: Coordinate with suppliers, purchase heads, and processing units for pending deliveries, replacements, and quality adjustments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
